Hiya Mates!

We’ve been hard at work getting this pub going for you. While it will still be a bit before we can invite you in for a pint, we have been messing about with some yummy foods using samples from a local vendor: Beyond Pickles*. We are super excited to partner with them and even more so for the inspiration they have inspired in us for for our dishes that we hadn’t thought of!

This week’s adventure was Scotch egg with umami onions* and Russian dressing. Don’t mind the plating or dressing on our chins.
